When you visit our app/platform and use the services, we will collect your personal information within the following scope to improve service quality. We highly value user privacy and only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. If you choose not to provide certain personal information, or later withdraw your authorization for us to use such information, we may be unable to continue providing related services to you.

A. Information that is necessarily collected

To ensure you can fully use our lending services, we may need access to the following permissions or information.

1. Location Information

We only collect approximate location information from your device to reduce account risk and enhance data security. All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption. Data is uploaded and stored on our servers via a secure connection (https://www.dophin.net/).

2. Camera Permission

We require access to your camera so you can capture identity documents and face photos and upload them to the platform to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. We do not access or read photos or videos already stored on your device. Camera permission must be granted by you; if not granted, you will not be able to capture or upload verification images.

3. Emergency Contacts

We only collect information for two emergency contacts, including relationship, full name and phone number. This information is used solely for identity verification, eligibility assessment, risk analysis and fraud prevention.

4. Face Data for Liveness Detection

When you use the camera for liveness detection, our app uses the Apple TrueDepth API to collect temporary 3D facial mesh data and facial landmark points. This data is used locally on the device for liveness recognition only:

• It will not be stored permanently.
• It will not be uploaded to the server.
• It will not be shared with third parties.
• It will not be used for other purposes.

All facial data will be automatically deleted when the application is uninstalled.

5. Device Information

To protect account security and prevent fraud, we collect device information (such as device model, OS version and unique device identifiers).

We:

• Collect only the necessary information;
• Upload data securely over HTTPS;
• Do not share device information with third parties.

If you need device data deleted, please contact customer service; we will complete the request within one week.
